To purchase a ticket using your Costco membership, please complete the form below and we will create a discounted ticket for the event you specify for you to purchase.

All fields must be completed - once your Costco membership is verified (proof of membership and verification is the presentation of your current and valid Costco Membership card via this form) we can set up your tickets.

Note carefully, we can not apply the discount after the fact, all fields must be filled out and the correct process must be followed below to access the discount or full fees will apply.  The discount code is on display at the Costco Bundamba warehouse.

Costco Members can access $5 off per ticket for themselves per event (and up to two guests over 18 years) in line with their Costco Warehouse access Membership rules.
