Traveling with your work

Your work will be almost dry on departure. You will have a foam tray on which to stack your work to dry, please do take care when traveling to ensure that your work isn't flipped over or moved during transit.

Alcohol Ink is a chemical; please make an informed choice

Alcohol ink is an ink suspended in 99% alcohol (similar to rubbing alcohol) it emits a smell that can be quite strong. Whilst this venue has you in an extremely ventilated space, it is important to be aware there is an odor. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or booking in a  child please review the safety data sheet for Pinata Alcohol Inks to make an informed decision for your own personal situation.

Colours

You will have access to a range of colours on the day. We do not promise any specific colours. If, on a particular night, one colour is exceedingly popular and the supply is exhausted, you will be required to choose from the remaining colours. Demand varies from class to class and colours are provided on a first-in-best-dressed basis. We highly recommend using 2 colours and metallic for the best effect, if you have not used inks before, inexperience with colour mixing multiple colours can lead to muddied colours and outcomes that look brown rather than vibrant.

Parking

At this time of day, there is ample street parking available directly opposite the venue and more behind the building.

What to wear to class?

We can also suggest you wear clothing appropriate for art class and we encourage you to wear the disposable apron we provide. Alcohol inks will 100% stain your clothing and be unable to be removed.

Can I pre-order a meal?

No, the venue provides a special discounted menu for Sip 'n' Dip  Classes. If you have special dietary requirements you can contact The  Coffee Club direct.

What size is this class

This class may vary from 10-40 people depending on any given night. We send additional teachers when class sizes are larger.

It is our responsibility to publish these terms and conditions and make them easily accessible, and your responsibility as the client to read these terms and conditions prior to purchasing your ticket to ensure you agree with them. This includes terms and conditions that relate to bad weather, COVID-19, Lockdowns, Cancellations, intellectual property & refunds.

Due to the high number of no-shows and the financial implications that no-shows have on our business, we adhere to this policy to the letter and will not deviate from our agreed policy.

You can purchase buyer protection (Premium Deposit) for an additional $8.50 per ticket. Buyer protection allows the ticket holder to transfer out of the class at any time before class start time provided they email paige@sipndip.com.au prior to class commencing.
