An example of what our emails look like can be found here, they will come from 'Sip 'n' Dip Australia' from the email address 'sipndipaustralia@gmail.com' and be titled from 'Sip 'n' Dip Support' - you can use this information to search your inbox for our reply.

We generally reply between 1-3 business days from when you submit your request. A confirmation email is sent from us as soon as you submitted your request, if this is not in your inbox now, than it is in your spam and there is a good chance all of our emails will also go to your spam folder.
