After choosing your plan, you'll need to pay either a 50% deposit or your first instalment, depending on whether you prefer a deposit/final payment arrangement or weekly payments over a build period you specify.

The next step is to complete your design brief. This online form will help us gather all the essential details to start creating your website. At this stage, you don't need to have all your photos or content ready, but you should have a clear idea of your website's look, feel, and main objectives. We recommend exploring various websites to understand what you like and dislike, and having links to these examples handy.

After submitting your design brief, you can begin collecting and sending us the content for your site, including text, images, and any other information you want to include in the build.

Once we receive your design brief, we'll start by creating a 'site map' for your website. This blueprint outlines the structure of your site and guides the build process.

We'll also develop a 'style guide' that captures the look and feel you want to achieve. This guide provides a foundation for your review, ensuring we’re on the right track. We’ll need your approval on both the site map and style guide before moving forward.

It’s crucial to finalize your preferences at this stage, as changes to the site’s style after production begins may incur additional charges to cover the rework.

Once you’ve approved the style guide and site map, we’ll begin building your website. During this process, we might reach out to you for input, clarification, or to collect any additional content needed to finalize your site. We may also check in to ensure everything is progressing as expected.

Once your draft website build is complete, we’ll schedule a video call to walk you through your draft site. This call is an opportunity to review and refine your website, incorporating any changes you want.

During this call, we’ll discuss both the functionality and the visual aspects of the site. Afterwards, you’ll receive a link to submit your initial round of revisions and notes. We’ll implement any content, automation and navigation changes from this round then implement the responsive design aspects (make sure your site views correctly on Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and phones).

We will then provide a second link for the final round of revisions.

After implementing your revisions and receiving your final approval, we’ll complete your website build. We will then apply on-site SEO, set up Google Analytics, submit your sitemap to Google, and take your website live.
